It’s so lovely to see you land on this page, because if there is one part of my working life that I enjoy the most, it’s supporting my fellow practitioners to do the rewarding and challenging work of a Psychologist.

I offer Supervision and Mentoring for Psychologists who want to bring their hearts, their creativity and their spirit to their evidence based practice.

Being a psychologist, particularly these days with the demand for services and the increased complexity of client presentations, is challenging. Sometimes more challenging than rewarding.

Whatever setting you work in, whatever client population you spend your time supporting and whatever modalities are your jam, I have no doubt you feel ‘up against it’ sometimes.

For early career psychologists … well you are needing to sprint for what is (hopefully) a marathon career. It’s impossible to last the distance at that pace and those who last a while, miss out on the opportunity to build a solid foundation where WHO they are is integrated with HOW they work as therapists.

Mid-career colleagues talk about being burnt-out and disillusioned. Often they can’t quite put their finger on why it (the work) feels so different now to ‘before’. But it is different and not in a good way.

Whatever stage of your career you are at, I’ve no doubt that you’ve given your blood sweat and tears to get there. And to not be feeling the love for it anymore … well, that’s a tough place to be.

You became a Psychologist because you wanted to serve people. Help them build better lives.

But you need some support.
